Arrival was very stressful..we couldnt find our room as it was outside the gate to property..we were upgraded to another room because of construction, getting our luggage up the stairs was abit tricky in the rain...Dinning in the staff dailed to offer us the kids menu.

Want to thank the night worker (big guy) that let us stay in the warm hotel at 3am in the morning instead of letting my wife and I sit outside in 4 degrees cold. He was kind enough to provide wifi password learning that we had made a booking but wasn't time for check-in yet Thanks. Hotel was awesome. And great service all round

Great location, facilities and room were excellent as was the checkin. Staff friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of CBD, grocery and cafes. In our opinion very good value for money.
